Rest Assured
End-of Life Doula Service.
We provide compassionate support to help you and your loved ones navigate this journey with dignity and grace.

How do you express grief?
We all experience grief, it is part of the human experience.
Mostly we are told to push it aside, that it doesn't matter and there is nothing to do for it... to simply move on. At some point that grief bubbles up and shows itself in ways that we may not understand, I am here to help sort through the fog.
Our Story
At Rest Assured Doula services, we specialize in end-of-life planning and grief support for individuals of all ages, especially children and families. We provide essential services, insights, and resources to help manage grief and foster understanding of loss. Non death grief is a real experience that so many of us ignore or simply do not recognize. When we recognize how prevalent grief is in society, we then can manage how that grief shapes our reality. At Rest Assured we strive to help individuals shift their thinking and embrace all that grief can teach us.
As an end of life Doula and an Early Childhood Educator with over two decades of experience walking alongside children, families, and individuals through some of life’s most complex and tender moments.
For 20+ years, I’ve worked in early childhood education, offering trauma-informed, relationship-centered support to young children and their families. That work naturally expanded into grief support, end-of-life care, and healing-centered engagement with people across the lifespan. Today, my practice weaves together end-of-life planning, death care, non-death grief navigation, addiction-related grief, and early childhood trauma.
I believe grief is not limited to death; it lives in the everyday, in transitions, ruptures, and things unspoken. Whether someone is navigating anticipatory loss, addiction within a family, early trauma, or the many ambiguous forms of grief that go unnamed, I offer steady presence and grounded, compassionate support.
As a neurodivergent practitioner, I bring a perspective shaped by difference — one that values deep listening, non-linear thinking, and the wisdom of lived experience. I work intuitively and relationally, meeting people where they are, without judgment or expectation.
My approach is integrative, non-medical, and person-centered. I don’t see myself as a “fixer,” but as a companion: someone who walks beside others through uncertainty, grief, and meaning-making; whether at the end of life, the beginning, or anywhere in between.
